I got this old wooden crate for soda bottles at the World's Longest Yardsale. Try-me was a soda company based out of Birmingham, Alabama from the 1920's to the 1950's. The problem with soda companies today is that they don't have enough desperation.

have you ever seen a bottle of try me? my husband found one in our yard today. It is in really good condition? How do you tell the date of manufacture?
When I was in Alabama during the World's Longest Yardsale there were several people selling bottles of Try-me. I'm not sure exactly how to tell the date of your bottle (other than looking at other examples online). But, as far as I know, Try-me wasn't made after the 1950's. So, your bottle is probably at least 50 years old.
