St. Sebastiaan Dark is a Belgian Ale brewed by Brouwerij Sterkens. It is packaged in a cool ceramic bottle which I think I'll keep. Yeah. The beer pours a very dark brown with a nice foamy off-white head that dissipates slowly. The aroma is sweet and malty. Very malty flavor too. Notes of caramel, molasses, pumpernickel, and awesome. Nice, rich mouthfeel.
